Should a ring not fit or a piece of jewelry not exactly match what you imagined, you have a return period of 14 days.

Custom-made items cannot be returned.

Please note that due to the handmade nature of these unique items, I cannot offer free returns. Therefore, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Returned products must be in their original condition: products must be new and unworn. Jewelry that already shows signs of wear or use is excluded from return.

As soon as I receive the return, I will promptly refund the purchase price.
